Philippine Airlines Launches New Manila-Seattle Route!

Philippine Airlines (PAL) has introduced a new direct flight between Manila and Seattle, enhancing convenience for travelers by eliminating layovers and significantly reducing travel time. The new service, launched on October 2, operates three times a week (Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays) using Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, making it the first and only nonstop link between the Philippines and the US Pacific Northwest.

The flight cuts travel time from around 20 hours to just 12-13 hours, making journeys more seamless and reducing the risk of baggage mishaps during transfers. This route connects Seattle—home to major businesses like Amazon, Microsoft, and Starbucks—with the Philippines, fostering both tourism and business exchanges.

Seattle is PAL’s sixth US destination, joining San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, Guam, and Honolulu, marking a significant milestone in the airline’s 78-year history of transpacific services. PAL President Stanley Ng expressed the airline’s excitement, highlighting the positive response from the Filipino community in Seattle, and noted the route’s potential to drive economic growth on both sides.

For those planning to explore the vibrant Pacific Northwest, this new direct flight makes your journey faster, easier, and filled with PAL’s signature Filipino hospitality.

Book your tickets today and experience the beauty of Seattle, from the iconic Space Needle to the vibrant Pike Place Market – all just a direct flight away with Philippine Airlines!
