Fill out the PAL LAX Shuttle Service Form as soon as your ticket is issued.
Submission cut-off is 3 days before the flight.
Pick-Up and Drop-Off Locations:
National City: 2140 East Plaza Blvd, National City, CA 91950 (McDonald’s)
Mira Mesa: 10550 Camino Ruiz, San Diego, CA 92126 (in front of Vinh Hung Supermarket)
Important Dates:
