Escape to Paradise: Our Experience at Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya

If you're looking for a relaxing getaway, the Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya is a fantastic choice. It's conveniently located about an hour from the new Tulum Airport and 1.5 hours from Cancun Airport, making it easily accessible.

This resort is still sparkling new, having opened less than two years ago. The rooms are clean and spacious, providing a comfortable place to unwind after a day of fun. The food is good and caters well to the American palate, but just a heads-up: room service can be quite slow, sometimes taking more than an hour.

The pools are lovely and well-maintained, although there are some issues with glass tiles coming off in the main pool, which could be a hazard if stepped on. It would have been great to have a swim-up bar, but alas, that's not part of the package.

The nightly entertainment is a highlight, offering varied and enjoyable shows. If you're staying in Casa 2 to 6, you'll need to hop on a golf cart to get to the main building, which can be a bit of a hassle but also adds a bit of adventure to your stay.

One disappointment was that the taco truck was closed during our visit. However, the churros at the churroria were absolutely delicious and made up for it a bit.

All-inclusive resorts like Hilton Tulum might not be for everyone, especially if you're looking to dive deep into authentic Mexican cuisine. But if you want a worry-free vacation where you don’t have to think about where to eat or what to do, this is the place for you.

The resort offers plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained, from paddle boarding and kayaking to volleyball, soccer, and clubs for kids and teens.

For a truly relaxing and hassle-free vacation, the Hilton Tulum All-Inclusive is a great pick. If you're interested in booking your stay at the Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya or exploring other amazing resorts, feel free to email, call, or text us. We’re here to help you plan the perfect getaway.
