Corona Virus / COVID-19
Updated: Feb 26
The last few weeks have been busy, and not for a good reason. The world has been dealing with a lot of fear and confusion due to the spread of the Corona Virus, officially named COVID-19.
If you haven’t heard or have not been paying attention to the news, the disease started from the Wuhan province in China and has spread to 30+ countries across the globe. It has disrupted travel, commerce and has put the world on edge. As of today, Feb 25th, over 2,700 people have died from 80,000 confirmed cases.
We urge our clients to take precautions when traveling such as wearing a face mask, frequent washing of hands and sanitizing surfaces they would encounter on their flight. Some have chosen to cancel their trip altogether, others continue to wait for advice from the government and the airlines for guidelines on how to proceed. If you have any questions about your upcoming trip and how you might be affected, please do not hesitate to give us a call.
With the internet and social media, we are bombarded with a lot of information about the Corona Virus. Please exercise good judgement and make sure you get your information from reliable sources. We recommend visiting websites like the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) for the most reliable information about the Corona Virus.
